Alliance Marketing Manager
Job Description
GDIT is seeking a strategic marketing professional to join its growing GDIT corporate marketing team. The Alliance Marketing Manager will oversee and execute strategic and tactical alliance marketing campaigns for GDIT, collaborating with a creative marketing team, technical subject matter experts, and the wider CTO and Growth organization.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Building consultative relationships with subject matter experts, business development/growth, and operational teams and GDIT’s extensive technology partner ecosystem
- Developing partnership strategies through the identification of shared business interests and the creation of engagement plans that are mapped to business opportunities
- Consulting with external marketing vendors and media partners in support of co-marketing campaigns
- Maintaining close working relationships with key decision makers at partner companies through regular communication and engagement
- Negotiating co-marketing agreements that align with business priorities and enterprise objectives
- Overseeing the execution of partnership activities, including event planning, customer-facing workshops, editorial articles, webinars, sponsorships, advertising, etc.
- Monitoring partnership performance against key metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Proactively identifying opportunities for strategic partners to join enterprise marketing campaigns

- Expertise in alliance partner marketing and executing campaigns in the technology sector
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Education: Bachelor's degree required
- Experience: 8+ years of combined marketing, corporate communications, brand management, and/or public relations agency experience (OR 6+ years with Master's degree)
- Knowledge of US Federal Government IT industry services, systems, and products marketplace and related media
- Experience in cross-channel marketing communications (PR, events, digital and social media) and partner marketing
- Strong and highly effective writing and public speaking skills and interpersonal communication skills
Location
This position requires a Hybrid work schedule with the expectation of working in the office three (3) days per week.
