Marketing, Product Brand Marketing Director

About the role

Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Marketing Brand Product Director working from our headquarters in Friendswood, TX (Will consider remote candidates working from their home office). with a start date on or before October 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

Responsible for positioning, message development, execution, and management of marketing activities for the commercialization of dermatology tests in our product portfolio. Align communications and integrate plans with other departments across the organization to ensure a fully coordinated program that builds appropriate test use. You will own the atopic dermatitis and dermatology market perspective, develop the positioning and compelling messaging across all customer segments - physicians, patients and payers. You will lead the commercial core teams messaging serving at the senior Marketing voice setting the agenda for marketing activities and directing cross functional execution and partnership with Program Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or another relevant area.
• 5-7 years' proven experience in product marketing/brand management or similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in market analysis
• Understand healthcare marketing tactics appropriate for physicians and patients
• Working knowledge of web analytics tools

Schedule

This position generally maintains a regular weekday schedule. Flexibility is required to support business needs including conference attendance. Up to 25-30% of travel required.
