Director, Product Marketing
About the role
The Director of Product Marketing will lead the corporate narrative and thought leadership for LVT, owning the LVT "story" and developing executive-level messaging and keynotes. This role requires significant experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or complex technical hardware/software environments. The ideal candidate will balance strategic individual contribution with leading a high-performing small team, defining market positioning, evolving pricing strategies, and serving as a vital bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Corporate Narrative & Thought Leadership: Develop executive-level messaging and keynotes to position LVT as the leader in intelligent site technology.
- Strategic Pricing & Packaging: Lead research and execution of sophisticated pricing models reflecting value delivery and maximizing market share.
- Sales Influence & Enablement: Build trust with Sales leadership, providing strategic ammunition and market insights for winning complex deals.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify whitespace opportunities and guide the long-term product roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the "voice of the market" to Product teams, ensuring alignment with customer pain points and economic buyers.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of Product Marketers, fostering a culture of scrappiness, technical curiosity, and excellence in execution.
- Open-Scope Innovation: Identify organizational gaps and create new processes or collateral to scale impact.
Requirements
This role requires 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with significant experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or complex technical hardware/software environments. The ideal candidate should be an experienced storyteller, capable of influencing sales leaders, and possess a deep understanding of pricing, packaging, and market segmentation. They should also be a scrappy creator and a proven leader with experience managing direct reports.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, with a focus on B2B SaaS, IoT, or complex technical hardware/software environments. They should have a proven track record of success in driving revenue through strategic communication and market insights.
Skills
The Director of Product Marketing should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and a deep understanding of technical products. They should also be proficient in market research, strategic planning, and team management.

Pay
The beginning annual salary range for this role is $179,100.00 - $225,000.00 USD, determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training. Your total earning potential is amplified by a bonus structure tied to meeting goals, and you will become an owner from day one through our employee equity program.
Schedule
Periodic travel will be required.
