Director, Product Marketing

About the role

The Director of Product Marketing at Blockaid leads a team of Product Marketing Managers, working closely with Product Managers and Account Executives to conduct customer, market, and competitive research. This role requires 3-4 days per week in the NYC office and offers a target salary range of $190-240k + a 10% bonus, with flex for the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Marketing Managers
• Work closely with Product Managers and Account Executives to conduct customer, market, and competitive research
• Influence the Product roadmap with market insights
• Define compelling messaging around Products and Platform that resonates with ICPs
• Translate insights and learnings into messaging, to be used for campaigns and content ideas
• Enable the Sales organization with product and solution-focused messaging, positioning, and collateral
• Collaborate with product and sales to develop and optimize pricing models
• Partner with Solutions Engineering team and be the face for demo’ing products

Requirements

• Strong experience marketing cybersecurity and/or web3 products specifically to technical audiences
• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing
• 4+ years of experience as a people manager
• Understand how your work translates into creating demand and driving revenue, marketing complex technical products to technical and non-technical audiences
• A curious mind that thrives on cutting edge tech (gen AI, automation, and other modern tools)
• Strong business acumen
• Personal experience in a growth-stage company or startup, and ability to grow and scale in a dynamic environment
