About the role

We're seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead the market narrative, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market for the SeekOut Recruiting Platform. Reporting to the CMO, this role involves shaping the corporate and category narrative, driving outcome-based launches, and establishing the product marketing function.

Responsibilities

  • Own the unified positioning and messaging architecture for the SeekOut Recruiting Platform
  • Craft persona-specific positioning that connects Agentic AI to the outcomes valued by different audiences
  • Shape and present the corporate and category narrative to senior leadership, analysts, and press
  • Own the market map, including TAM/SAM/SOM, competitive and gap analysis, and a living SWOT
  • Own outcome-based launches end to end, measuring success by improvements in speed to hire, quality of hire, cost per hire, and candidate experience
  • Drive pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product, Finance, and marketing leadership
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align positioning, pricing, launch, and GTM as one coherent strategy
  • Build sales enablement assets and partner with Demand Generation on campaign strategy and audience targeting
  • Establish the standards, operating rhythm, and metrics that define the product marketing function

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B product marketing, with experience operating at the Director level or above
  • Experience in a startup or mid-sized company
  • Proven track record of building category narratives and leading outcome-based launches
  • Deep expertise in enterprise software go-to-market
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and bring products to market
  • Fluency in market sizing and analysis, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional executive communication and presence, with a proven ability to present to and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • AI-forward operator who actively uses AI tools to elevate research, content, competitive analysis, and GTM execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred

Qualifications

  • HR Tech or talent acquisition domain experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with product-led or B2C viral growth is a plus
