About the role

The Marketing Performance Lead drives end-to-end marketing measurement and analytics, delivering actionable insights that optimize campaign performance, improve funnel conversion, and maximize demand generation effectiveness. This senior individual contributor role works closely with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Data teams to ensure accurate reporting, consistent performance measurement, and clear visibility into business results.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and evolve dashboards and reporting across funnel stages, including engagement, leads, MQL, SQL, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Define and standardize KPIs, funnel definitions, and performance views across teams.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance to identify conversion gaps, bottlenecks, and leakage points.
  • Evaluate demand generation performance using metrics such as conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per MQL, and ROI.
  • Apply and interpret advanced measurement approaches, including media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution.
  • Translate model outputs and performance analysis into recommendations for media and channel-level investment decisions.
  • Develop scenario-based analyses to evaluate the potential impact of changes in volume, conversion rates, or channel mix.
  • Partner with Data and IT teams to improve data reliability, reporting consistency, and measurement integrity.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, revenue analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and complex funnel data.
  • Prominent ability to develop and own performance reporting in a multi-channel marketing environment.
  • Expertise in translating data and analysis into actionable recommendations that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Able to communicate complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected annual salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000.
