General Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and audit marketing operations database systems to support customer-centric business growth.
  • Support business process improvements and governance.
  • Sustain the development of critical marketing and sales-related collateral as it pertains to price list management.
  • Partner cross-functionally with colleagues throughout the organization globally to produce high-quality sales content.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Key member of the Marketing Operations team, contributing to customer-centric collateral, sales literature, and content management.
  • Aid in Price List executions in desktop publishing, design software applications, and data management/reports.
  • Assist in the development of data change reports and execution, ensuring deliverables are met within established timelines.
  • Display a strategic and data analytic mindset.

Qualifications

  • College degree in business administration/marketing or equivalent working experience.
  • Knowledge of database structures and proficiency in database functions.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with employees at all levels in the organization and across all regions.
  • Excellent project management skills including organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple short- and long-term projects in addition to balancing local and global corporate priorities and critical deadlines.
  • Ability to work with and gain the trust of teams across departments.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to learn our business, our markets, our organization, and our customer base.
  • Understanding of business across markets and regions.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, budgets, and objectives and work as a team with other Marketing and cross department professionals.
  • Ability to work independently when required as well as across regions/time zones as part of global team.
