This position focuses on campaign execution, ensuring marketing operations are well-coordinated, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Review marketing operations coordination with analytics to maintain visibility of source, owner, status, and next actions within marketing initiatives.
  • Document and track logistics-related role documentation (e.g., Park 6) with clear status updates for marketing operations.
  • Maintain digital marketing workflows with deadline management, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and tasks.
  • Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and traceability in marketing operations.
  • Coordinate quality control and workflow management to surface unresolved items and prevent downstream rework.
  • Apply data accuracy standards while managing evidence and deadlines in marketing operations workflows.
  • Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning for decisions made in the context of marketing strategy.
  • Use judgment in follow-up actions, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs are complete by maintaining current exception tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Success Profile

  • Confidently use Park 6 Logistics Workflow Context and Campaign Management tools in support of marketing operations.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in data accuracy and deadline management.
  • Ability to document process compliance and escalate issues effectively.
  • Strong follow-up skills, particularly when relying on external confirmations.
  • Ensure work is traceable, unresolved items have owners, and errors are surfaced before causing rework.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. The position is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.
