Marketing/Medical Outreach Coordinator

This position works directly with a franchised business location. Specific job duties and benefits can vary between franchises.

About the role

To sell and market urgent care medical services to local businesses, physicians, and consumers. The main focus will be to grow the patient counts per day, increase the number of local businesses using our services, and brand American Family Care to the local community through marketing and sales events. This is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Increase the total number of patients per day.
• Develop strategies to increase market awareness of urgent care and occupational health services in the local area.
• Define target markets, business opportunities, and customers through data mining, research, and experience.
• Represent the company by calling on local businesses, medical practices, presentations, or industry events; manage these opportunities.
• Develop and manage the departmental budget.
• Establish and maintain effective, positive working relationships with all departments, center and corporate employees, and franchisees.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant education.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; 3 years preferred.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and achieving results with sales and marketing strategies.
• Ability to conduct face-to-face sales appointments, cold and warm calling (direct-to-consumer, business, and physicians).
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Independent, motivated, and results-driven in establishing new business, following through with communication, and being accountable for growth.

Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
