CareBuilders at Home · Charlotte, NC · 2 wk ago

About the role

CareBuilders at Home is a locally owned, veteran-owned, non-medical home care agency serving as a one-stop resource for seniors and their families. We’re committed to helping older adults age safely, confidently, and as independently as possible. Beyond providing exceptional non-medical home care—from hourly visits to live-in care—we offer senior options consulting and senior living navigation while educating families, advocating for seniors and veterans, and building lasting partnerships throughout the communities we serve.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-focused Community Outreach and Marketing Coordinator to help expand our community presence, strengthen referral partnerships, and tell the stories that demonstrate the impact of our work. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, creating engaging content, and making a meaningful difference in your community, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Community Outreach

  • Attend networking events, health fairs, educational programs, Chamber meetings, and community events.
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, veteran organizations, nonprofit agencies, and other referral partners.
  • Represent CareBuilders at Home professionally while promoting our mission and services.
  • Assist with educational presentations, outreach initiatives, and community events.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our community presence and strategic partnerships.

Marketing and Communications

  • Create and manage engaging content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute email campaigns for referral partners, clients, prospective clients, caregivers, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Capture photos and videos during community events and outreach activities.
  • Assist with brochures, presentations, website content, promotional materials, and special marketing projects.
  • Help develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar that coordinates community events, educational campaigns, referral partner communications, seasonal initiatives, and social media content.

Schedule

This position is designed around community engagement—not a traditional 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule. While this is generally a full-time Monday through Friday position, the schedule is intentionally flexible to support networking events, community outreach, educational programs, and marketing initiatives. Some weeks may include early morning networking breakfasts, evening events, or occasional weekend activities. Rather than focusing on a rigid schedule, we value communication, ownership, professionalism, and results. Work schedules are adjusted to promote a healthy work-life balance while ensuring CareBuilders at Home is well represented throughout the community.
