Community Outreach & Sales Coordinator
Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to increase awareness of our clinic, strengthen community relationships, and drive patient growth through local marketing initiatives. This role will focus on building the clinic's presence both inside and outside the clinic by organizing community engagement activities, establishing local partnerships, supporting branding initiatives, and promoting healthcare services to patients, employers, schools, community organizations, and local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, local gatherings, and networking events.
Build relationships with local businesses, schools, senior centers, religious organizations, gyms, pharmacies, and community groups.
Develop partnerships that generate referrals and increase clinic visibility.
Celebrate educational health awareness campaigns within the community.
Organize wellness seminars, screenings, and outreach programs.
Clinic Branding & Awareness
Ensure clinic branding materials are visible, updated, and professionally displayed.
Develop and distribute promotional materials, brochures, flyers, and community information packets.
Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility in the local market.
Coordinate signage, banners, sponsorships, and promotional displays.
Maintain and monitor community perception and provide recommendations to strengthen brand awareness.
Patient Acquisition & Growth
Support initiatives to attract new patients and retain existing patients.
Promote clinic services, programs, and healthcare offerings to target audiences.
Educate community members on available healthcare services and benefits.
Track outreach activities and their impact on patient acquisition.
Events & Partnerships
Plan and coordinate:
Health fairs
Community wellness events
Employer wellness programs
School and community presentations
Patient appreciation events
Establish partnerships with local employers and organizations for health programs and screenings.
Cook up event logistics, materials, and follow-up activities.
Sales Support
Generate new patient referrals and business opportunities.
Convert outreach activities into patient growth.
Manage the outreach and sales pipeline.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in community outreach, field marketing, business development, healthcare marketing, or public relations.
Experience working directly with community organizations or local businesses preferred.
