This is a hands-on, collaborative opportunity for a marketing and growth professional who enjoys building brands, strengthening customer experiences, and driving meaningful business results. You will work closely with leadership and the Social Media Director to grow enrollment, enhance the organization’s digital presence, and support high-impact events throughout the year, including recital season. This is not a behind-the-scenes marketing role—you will be an active, visible part of the community and will regularly engage with families, students, teachers, and prospective customers. What You’ll Do Brand & Growth Execute marketing campaigns that drive enrollment, retention, and brand awareness. Maintain a consistent brand presence across marketing channels and customer touchpoints. Identify opportunities to grow programs, revenue, and community engagement. Support seasonal enrollment and retention initiatives. Digital Marketing Partner on social media campaigns, content strategy, and promotional initiatives. Coordinate email marketing, website updates, and campaign communications. Improve SEO, local search visibility, and Google Business Profile performance. Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to improve visibility in AI-powered search. Monitor analytics and recommend data-driven improvements. Events & Customer Experience Help plan and execute events, open houses, workshops, and community initiatives. Support recital and Tech Week planning, logistics, marketing, and execution. Coordinate marketing collateral, signage, event communications, and promotional campaigns. Build positive relationships with students, parents, prospective families, and staff. Help create a welcoming, high-quality experience at every customer interaction. Leadership & Collaboration Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives. Own projects from concept through execution. Bring creative ideas, strong organization, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Support the team wherever needed and remain an active member of the organization’s community. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or growth marketing. Strong project management, organization, and communication skills. Experience with Canva, email marketing, website management, and digital marketing. Working knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and AEO preferred. Experience planning events or community initiatives is a plus. A friendly, collaborative, approachable style and comfort interacting with children, families, and staff daily.
