Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves owning marketing campaigns from end-to-end, including managing creative processes, targeting, segmentation, planning, execution, and reporting. The successful candidate will coordinate with multiple teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Plan, develop, and execute email campaigns that drive traffic and conversions for health programs.
- Continuously optimize email campaigns to improve on KPI performance.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough and authoritative industry creative content.
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives.
- Manage and report out on projects, status, and work with teams to remove any project blockers.
- Measure how email initiatives impact team goals, customer engagement metrics, and the overall customer experience.
- Regularly review, interpret, and communicate email performance metrics, traffic trends, and optimization insights.
- Develop technical and creative requirements for email campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across marketing operations, event operations, and creative teams.
- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns.
- Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.

- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize.
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to leverage data to drive decision making.
- Familiarity and comfort with GenAI applications for content and copy.
