Marketing Manager

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead strategic and tactical marketing efforts for our product lineup. This role is at the intersection of product, brand, and growth, working closely with Product Development and Creative teams.

What You’ll Do

• Multi-Channel Strategy & Project Management

• Partner with the Head of Marketing to refine and project manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, website, paid, and organic).
• Build campaign briefs, timelines, and rollout plans to align Creative, Lifecycle, and Product teams.
• Apply marketing best practices and tactical playbooks to a team with strong creative foundations.
• Manage the calendar of product-led marketing activity end-to-end.

• Email & SMS Optimization

• Concept, plan, and optimize email and SMS programs, including campaigns, automated flows, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Recommend improvements based on performance data and partner with Creative teams for compelling executions.
• Develop and maintain a testing framework for consistent, data-driven learning.

• Product Positioning & Messaging

• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messages.
• Translate product features and benefits into clear, differentiated messaging.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure primary products receive appropriate attention.
• Partner with Product Development to deepen product knowledge and provide market insights.

• Go-to-Market & On-Site Execution

• Create product one-sheets, launch briefs, and internal enablement documentation.
• Provide recommendations for product detail pages and ensure consistency across channels.

• Market Insights

• Monitor competitors and category trends to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy.
• Identify opportunities to differentiate Zoe products and communicate clear points of view on product differentiation.

Who You Are

• Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with exposure across multiple disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven background in marketing strategy and campaign execution.
• Strong project management skills.
• Comfortable operating across strategic and executional levels.
• Collaborative and energized by cross-functional work.
• Confident in challenging assumptions and raising hard questions constructively.

• Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with email and SMS platforms.
• Background in consumer products, DTC, or e-commerce environments.
• Experience launching new products or product updates across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with PDP optimization or lifecycle storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex product details into simple, compelling narratives.

Compensation & Benefits
