Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Communications Planning: Develop and implement portfolio marketing communication strategies and tools, aligned with business objectives and market priorities.
  • Content Development: Develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, white papers, websites, presentations, and digital assets that resonate with target audiences, requiring close collaboration and input from other Marketing and functional leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing colleagues and a team of Marketing Communications professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence across projects.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with internal teams (product marketing, sales, clinical, education, etc.) to ensure alignment on priorities and consistent messaging.
  • Product Management & Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in covered product lines and manage day-to-day field-based inquiries and requests.
  • Initiative and Accountability: Own your work and bring it to life. We thrive on self-starters who thrive in a team environment and roll up their sleeves to help one another.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data and performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Trade Show and Event Planning: Represent the Skeletal Marketing team in trade show and event planning, together with a team of event professionals.
  • Quality and Supply Management: Create and communicate product-related and supply events to the sales force, in collaboration with Quality and Supply teams.
  • Support Direct Sales efforts: Lead and develop sales activities for the emerging human performance segment. Partner closely with sales and marketing leadership to drive revenue, build pipelines and expand our market presence.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related fields.
  • Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in marketing with a demonstrated track record of success in the healthcare or medical technology industry. Some sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional project management and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Proven expertise in creating and executing marketing materials and campaigns.
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a focus on customer-centric messaging.
    • Ability to build relationships and influence across a matrixed organization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with hands-on experience in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
