Essential Functions
- Create and maintain a safe, secure, diverse, inclusive, engaged and compliant work environment that empowers employees to achieve departmental and company results

- Plan, organize and maintain department control in support of executing corporate and departmental business objectives that ensures productivity, goal achievement, budget and forecast adherence and allows for effective and efficient operations
- Recruit, select, onboard, and train new employees
- Commit and foster adherence to the company's quality management system and timely execution of tasks assigned within it
- Work together with fellow managers in a professional, respectful and collaborative manner
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of the products
- Responsibility for all aspects of introducing a new product into the market, from product inception to delivery into the market
- Manage life cycle of products within the SBU according to the strategic plan
- Work directly with GBU counterparts to execute company initiatives within the subsidiary
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to achieve sales rolling forecast while keeping expenses below budget
- Report marketing activities and resulting sales for each product within the SBU as required
- Work effectively with the Marketing Communications Department to complete campaigns, promotions, digital assets & literature
- Cook up advertising/media plans and public relations for SBU with Marketing Communications department
- Develop, analyze and report on market research data for each SBU
- Work with Director of Marketing – Clinical NA to develop pricing strategies for products within the SBU
- Present content relative to products within the SBU to customers and internal stakeholders
- Work with education department to support ICDE courses and internal training initiatives for products within the SBU
- Align with Clinical Sales team on sales strategies through the development of marketing and education tools
- Engage with distributors and external partners to align and implement strategies for products within the SBU
- Absorb assistance with departmental and corporate activities, as requested, to complete the corporate plan
Qualifications
- Four-year degree (BS or BA) in Marketing, Management or related field
- Masters degree preferred but not required
- Five years prior product management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite required
