Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing projects and campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring deadlines and goals are met
• Develop creative briefs and guide direction for multi-channel initiatives
• Execute marketing programs to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and business performance
• Manage social media efforts including content planning, publishing, and performance tracking
• Monitor campaign and digital performance, providing insights for optimization
• Capture and curate photography and visual content for marketing, social media, and web use
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business needs and audience engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to achieve business objectives
• Auxiliary responsibilities and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional marketing experience, including digital and social media
• Proven success in client account management, preferably in a marketing, creative, or advertising environment
• Experience creating content and capturing photography for brand use
• Experience with digital marketing channels, including email, website content, and paid media
• Experience with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems (CMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
• Hospitality and/or luxury brand experience preferred
• Flexibility to work non-standard business hours when needed
