Job Summary

As the Manager of CaptionCall Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in expanding CaptionCall’s customer base and increasing revenue across CaptionCall business units. In this position, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across events, digital marketing, email campaigns, content development, and cross-functional projects. This role works closely with internal teams to deliver marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Cook up and execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, event, and content channels.
  • Manage multiple project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications simultaneously.
  • Support event planning, logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, presentations, emails, and website content.
  • Cook up creative, compliance, and operational reviews to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Outreach, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Support website, SEO, paid media, and customer communication initiatives as needed.
  • Drive and support projects from concept to execution.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education

  • Minimum: 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of experience in marketing or related business experience.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Knowledge of marketing principles, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing, email marketing, content development, and event marketing initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to analyze campaign results and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common marketing, project management, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Working Conditions And Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk and work with a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components.
  • Regular and predictable attendance required.
