Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation and/or growth marketing, including direct ownership of ABM programs
- Experience in banking, finance, or fintech industries
- Understanding of commercial loan industry
- Tenured experience building out demand generation and ABM programs in the B2B banking industry
- Experience owning an ARR number of campaign targets or MQL numbers; ICP creation and building campaigns to hit targets
- Experience implementing a marketing/demand generation tech stack and understanding how systems work together (Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and fundamentals
- Experience writing papers and carrying out marketing programs
- Must come from a blend of enterprise and startup experience
Pay
$150,000 – $160,000
