About the role

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will oversee a variety of marketing initiatives, including digital content, event coordination, and proposal development, within a detail-oriented services environment. This position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client proposals and RFP responses by collaborating with attorneys to draft, research, and finalize submissions.
  • Plan and execute client-facing webinars, handling all aspects from scheduling and presenter coordination to post-event content repurposing.
  • Coordinate firm-hosted events and conferences, including speaker arrangements, promotional efforts, and on-site logistics.
  • Oversee content creation for digital platforms, such as LinkedIn and blogs, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards.
  • Maintain and update website content, including attorney profiles, while managing domain accounts and working with external developers.
  • Provide support for internal marketing initiatives, including onboarding new hires and organizing firm-wide communications and training sessions.
  • Manage the firm's social media presence and email campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite to execute marketing strategies effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends and maintain subscriptions to relevant publications to support business development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in a law firm or services setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong skills in writing, editing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to plan and execute events, webinars, and other client-facing initiatives.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
