About the role
We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will oversee a variety of marketing initiatives, including digital content, event coordination, and proposal development, within a detail-oriented services environment. This position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client proposals and RFP responses by collaborating with attorneys to draft, research, and finalize submissions.
- Plan and execute client-facing webinars, handling all aspects from scheduling and presenter coordination to post-event content repurposing.
- Coordinate firm-hosted events and conferences, including speaker arrangements, promotional efforts, and on-site logistics.
- Oversee content creation for digital platforms, such as LinkedIn and blogs, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain and update website content, including attorney profiles, while managing domain accounts and working with external developers.
- Provide support for internal marketing initiatives, including onboarding new hires and organizing firm-wide communications and training sessions.
- Manage the firm's social media presence and email campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite to execute marketing strategies effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and maintain subscriptions to relevant publications to support business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a law firm or services setting is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in writing, editing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to plan and execute events, webinars, and other client-facing initiatives.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
