We specialize in mitigation and restoration for residential and commercial customers, providing water, mold, and fire damage property mitigation and restoration services. Our goal is to deliver a 5-star experience to every customer.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hard-working, and enthusiastic Outside Sales Manager to focus on our Water Damage Restoration division. This role involves building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with other service providers in the area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Provide product information and support to customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to customers.
• Follow up with customers after the sale is completed.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be based in Huntsville.

Pay

Salary + monthly commission, with a compensation range of $55,000–$175,000 per year.
