Paragon 28, a Zimmer Biomet Company, is seeking a Marketing Materials Coordinator to support the company's medical education events and lab activities. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, processing orders, and supporting customer needs.

About the Role

This position is based in Englewood, Colorado, and involves working closely with the Medical Education team and Lab Manager to ensure marketing materials are available for various events.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders via SmartSheet, phone, and email
• Schedule and return show, cadaver, and demo sets
• Audit inventory and replenish missing equipment
• Track and resolve late shipments
• Resolve customer issues concerning order status, credit, and shipping problems
• Fulfill literature and other informational requests
• Support lab and marketing material setup
• Initiate, maintain, and compile records for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials
• Ensure compliance with FDA and state regulations
• Assist in developing processes and procedures for inventory management

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED plus 2 years related distribution or inventory control experience
• Familiarity with the medical device industry, particularly foot and ankle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors and team members

Qualifications

• Ability to handle cadaveric specimens
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay

$26.00 USD per hour

Schedule

This is a full-time position with four 10-hour shifts per week. Overnight travel may be required for offsite medical education labs or tradeshows, averaging 5% or more of the time.
