Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

  • Lead content creation across owned channels, including Clover's email list, social media, and website.
  • This includes writing copy, taking photography and video, and editing.
  • Manage creative project timelines and deliverables, including signage, flyers, and printed materials.
  • Create and pitch press-worthy stories for local media.
  • Create and lead events at restaurants (Trivia Nights, Meet-the-Farmers, Thank You Breakfasts).
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues by email and phone professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining an upbeat tone.
  • Process orders, payments, refunds, and account updates accurately.
  • Guide food development and corporate strategy by representing the voice of the customer—sharing their ideas, feedback, complaints, and insights.
  • In order to really understand our customers and food, you will also be expected to Clover Guide (take orders in the restaurants and interact with guests) 3-5 hours a week.

Requirements

  • A scrappy can-do attitude
  • Passion for food
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices

Additional Considerations

  • Experience providing creative direction
  • Experience managing creative projects and timelines
  • Experience in retail or customer service would be a plus
