Responsibilities
- Lead content creation across owned channels, including Clover's email list, social media, and website.
- This includes writing copy, taking photography and video, and editing.
- Manage creative project timelines and deliverables, including signage, flyers, and printed materials.
- Create and pitch press-worthy stories for local media.
- Create and lead events at restaurants (Trivia Nights, Meet-the-Farmers, Thank You Breakfasts).
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues by email and phone professionally and in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining an upbeat tone.
- Process orders, payments, refunds, and account updates accurately.
- Guide food development and corporate strategy by representing the voice of the customer—sharing their ideas, feedback, complaints, and insights.
- In order to really understand our customers and food, you will also be expected to Clover Guide (take orders in the restaurants and interact with guests) 3-5 hours a week.
Requirements
- A scrappy can-do attitude
- Passion for food
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Additional Considerations
- Experience providing creative direction
- Experience managing creative projects and timelines
- Experience in retail or customer service would be a plus
