The Marketing Equipment Field Service Coordinator supports our Pepsi Equipment Services (PES) market managers and location supervisors by executing administrative, supply chain, and logistics operations-based tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner for current and developing identified support needs.
  • Monitor email; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues.
  • Answer and respond to incoming calls with professionalism in a pleasant demeanor.
  • Organize and maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Daily interactions with market managers and location supervisors.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material.
  • Liaison between the MEM, MES, Sales Teams, and the HUB.
  • Guide period inventory process: data entry, assist Property Exception Listing (PEL) resolution, and inventory control.
  • GCS compliance reporting/records retention, accrual tracking.
  • Equipment Service Invoicing (ESI) Designate – Ensure the timely processing of all invoices.
  • Support new hire and onboarding process.
  • Customer Equipment Tracking System (CETS) subject matter expert.
  • Purchasing support – MyBuy, S4, APS.
  • Coordinate building maintenance with outside suppliers and conduct light building maintenance.
  • PCARD/ T&E reconciliation.
  • Responsible for ordering new EE badges and all access to facility.
  • Receive in new equipment in APS.
  • Transfer/Receive equipment from one location to another.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned dependent on business need and at manager’s discretion.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7 am to 3:30 PM

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organizational, flexibility, and follow-up skills.
  • Sensitivity with confidential information.
  • Ability to handle multiple changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes challenging situations, keeping management involved as needed.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
