Marketing Coordinator (Part-time)

About the role

We are seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to run day-to-day marketing execution: campaigns, content production, social posting, light design, and vendor and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Run production against the VP's direction and the automated systems the team has already built, keeping marketing shipping consistently.
• Routine tasks such as running campaigns, creating content, posting on social media, basic design work, and coordinating with vendors and project teams.
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and the rest of the Marketing team to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on marketing execution experience in a coordinator, campaign, or marketing operations role.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution or relevant equivalent experience required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The pay for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a part-time position requiring roughly 15-20 hours per week. The Core Collaboration Window is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Central Time. Outside of these core hours, you have the flexibility to structure any remaining weekly project work in a way that fits your personal schedule.
