Marketing Coordinator | Part-Time | Rupp Arena

Responsibilities

• Assist with the distribution of promotional materials
• Support both back-of-house and front-of-house marketing activations
• Contribute to content creation
• Execute grassroots promotions
• Provide additional support for other marketing tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a social media or marketing office support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Facebook/TikTok/Instagram
• Experience capturing and sourcing content (photos, video, and music)
• Quality editing and proofing of content
