About the role
We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure consistent brand execution across all marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and outreach channels
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
- Manage content calendars using project management tools (ClickUp, Airtable)
- Cook up content for creative asset development, including short-form video shoots and campaign content
- Track and report on KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI
- Support marketing automation setup and email campaign management
- Stay on top of social media trends and incorporate them into Knowledge Road’s content strategy
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of marketing coordination or campaign management experience
- Proficiency with marketing tools: Google Analytics, Canva, Airtable, Google Workspace
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication abilities
- Experience with social media management, content scheduling, and basic video content coordination
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Pardot, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo)
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Knowledge of short-form video production and trend-based content creation
- Background in education, B2B marketing, or nonprofit environments
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
Success Metrics
- Launch 2+ successful marketing campaigns within first 90 days
- Improve campaign conversion rates by 15% within 6 months
- Maintain project timelines with 95% on-time delivery rate
