About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for various marketing tasks, including but not limited to:
- Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, logos, and social media posts using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Canva.
- Develop and manage social media calendar and content strategy for the brand and execute against it for all social media platforms including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok
- Contribute to and regularly update external social sites: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other community sites
- Collaborate with leadership to review marketing strategies aimed at increasing users.
- Organize and promote events by hiring vendors, promoting on social media, and ordering print marketing.
- Create PowerPoint presentations.
- Write marketing literature, such as brochures and press releases, to enhance RQ's market presence.
- Manage the website and digital assets.
- Promote brand awareness through social media.
- Maintain marketing templates and content, making edits when necessary.
- Monitor the effectiveness of all social media platform postings.
- Research and explore new marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the department's functionality and coordination.
- Produce and assess advertisements for effectiveness.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
