Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
- Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising to drive lead generation and prospect nurturing.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts that align with our brand and demand goals.
- Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, product demos, and other virtual events.
- Help with content creation, such as drafting blog posts, case studies, and newsletters, ensuring content is optimized for lead conversion.
- Maintain and utilize the Marketing Automation and CRM platforms to deploy campaigns and monitor lead flow through the sales funnel.
- Product Marketing Support & Sales Enablement
- Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis, documenting key findings to inform marketing strategies.
- Support the Systems Innovation team in translating core product messaging into clear, benefit-driven content for customer-facing materials.
- Create onboarding documentation for end users.
- Reporting, Optimization, & Collaboration
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting on key metrics (e.g., CPL, MQLs) and documenting data-driven findings for optimization.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh, executable ideas for new marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with their needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience supporting marketing operations, campaigns, or digital programs.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic startup-like environment.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the B2B SaaS business model and a motivation to learn relevant concepts.
- Basic understanding of marketing technology, such as a CRM/Marketing Automation Platform is a plus.
