Social media

  • Participate in holistic marketing campaigns across social channels
  • Research and identify target audience preferences and trends to inform content creation and strategy adjustments
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing
  • Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements, tailored to each social media platform, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging
  • Create and manage content calendars to ensure a steady stream of content across platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with other company initiatives
  • Maintain a positive brand image and customer relationships by fostering meaningful interactions with the online community
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner

Reporting and analytics

  • Critical thinking to pull key takeaways out of analytics data
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results
  • Manage and optimize various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

Video

  • Assist in the video process from ideation, planning, script writing, storyboarding, production, editing, publishing, to distribution

D.I.T. Cross-Sell leadflow and email monitoring

  • Qualify leads for cross-sell initiatives and maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders, informing and analyzing impact

Content writing

  • Write monthly newsletters, nurtures, special series, and report on analytics, optimizing based on learnings
  • Flyer copywriting and composition to support company initiatives
  • Write blogs and other long-form content in accordance with needs

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 2 years sales/marketing experience
  • Experience with professional copywriting and content creation
  • Proficient with Google docs, Canva, social media schedulers, ClickUp, HubSpot, Premiere Pro
  • Tenacious approach to your work and ability to push through failure until you succeed
  • Design (InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Canva etc), SEO (SEMrush, KW research, Ahrefs etc) and proofreading skills are a big plus
