Social media
- Participate in holistic marketing campaigns across social channels
- Research and identify target audience preferences and trends to inform content creation and strategy adjustments
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing
- Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements, tailored to each social media platform, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure a steady stream of content across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with other company initiatives
- Maintain a positive brand image and customer relationships by fostering meaningful interactions with the online community
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner
Reporting and Analytics
- Generate regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results
- Manage and optimize various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Video
- Assist in the video process from ideation, planning, script writing, storyboarding, production, editing, publishing, to distribution
Digital Inbound Lead Flow & Email Monitoring
- Qualify leads for cross-sell initiatives and maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders, informing and analyzing impact
Content Writing
- Write monthly newsletters, nurtures, special series, and report on analytics, optimizing based on learnings
- Write flyer copywriting and composition to support company initiatives
- Write blogs and other long-form content in accordance with needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 2 years sales/marketing experience
- Experience with professional copywriting and content creation
- Proficient with Google docs, Canva, social media schedulers, ClickUp, HubSpot, Premiere Pro
- Tenacious approach to your work and ability to push through failure until you succeed
- Design (InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Canva etc), SEO (SEMrush, KW research, Ahrefs etc) and proofreading skills are a big plus
