Job Summary

Erlanger's internal marketing team supports campaigns across various areas including clinical service lines, public health initiatives, internal communications, and Foundation programming. As a Content Production Specialist, you will ensure that approved written content is properly formatted, deployed, and maintained across Erlanger's digital ecosystem. You will work closely with the Art Director, Digital Strategy team, and Marketing Strategists to implement copy, graphics, and web assets accurately and on time.

About the Role

The Content Production Specialist plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between content creation and content delivery. This role requires technical precision, exceptional attention to detail, and an understanding of digital content structure, display, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Upload, format, publish, and maintain marketing and communications content across Erlanger's digital platforms.
• Update websites, format email content, publish intranet content, and manage files across shared digital channels.
• Collaborate with the Art Director, Digital Strategy team, and Marketing Strategists to ensure accurate and timely implementation of copy, graphics, and web assets.
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness of Erlanger's messaging across all public- and internal-facing content platforms.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in content publishing, digital production, or web operations.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and intranet tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and SEO principles (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare or nonprofit communications (plus).
