Content Creator & Brand Ambassador

We aren't just looking for someone to "manage social media." We are looking for a digital native—someone who lives and breathes online culture and knows how to document the world in a way that feels authentic and polished. You will be a creative catalyst in our Los Angeles office, working directly with our marketing leadership to put Vision To Learn on par with the most well-regarded nonprofits in the country.

  • Document the Magic: You’ll be on the ground at school visits and events, capturing the "aha!" moment when a child puts on glasses for the first time. You treat documenting Vision To Learn’s impact with the same care and aesthetic sensibility you’d use for your own digital life.
  • High-End Content Generation: Using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-driven tools, you will design social graphics, flyers, and event signage that scream "high quality."
  • Social Storytelling: You’ll manage our presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond, turning our mission into compelling short-form video and narratives.
  • The "Big Moments": You’ll play a key role in our Annual Report and Spring Spectacle fundraiser, ensuring every touchpoint is on-brand.
  • Internal Partner Support: You’ll treat our internal teams as your "customers," helping them look their best and providing them with the tools they need to succeed. You’ll equip them with templates, toolkits, and assets they can actually use without needing a design degree.
  • Do What It Takes: Great creative teams don't have a "that's not my job" reflex. You'll pitch in on mailings, coordinate shipments, and knock out the kinds of tasks that keep a lean operation running. This isn’t the bulk of your work—but when it's needed, you’ll gladly roll up your sleeves. That's the culture here, and it says a lot about who you are.
