Marketing Campaigns

• Planning and execution of events/trade fairs
• Creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.)
• Digital marketing initiatives (social media, email marketing, website content)

Sales Support

• Provide the sales network with personalized marketing materials, sales tools, and training
• Collaborate with sales managers to define communication needs and develop ad hoc materials

Brand Management

• Strengthen and protect our brand identity in the U.S. market

Market Research

• Identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs

Internal Communication

• Facilitate effective communication between the U.S. team and the Italian headquarters
• Ensure alignment with overall company strategy and messaging
• Organize events and internal communications to promote a positive corporate culture

Reporting

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics
• Identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with tools such as CRM, Mail up, CMS (WordPress), Microsoft Office 365 Suite, InDesign
