Key Responsibilities

  • Create, execute and measure annual MARCOM plans that support business growth and strategic objectives.
  • Led integrated product marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and revenue.
  • Use research, analytics and competitive insights to inform market positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Develop compelling product content for digital, social, print and internal communication channels.
  • Manage creative development with internal teams and external partners, including collateral, videos and advertising assets.
  • Build and maintain repeatable processes, workflows and documentation to streamline content delivery.
  • Maintain accountability for all campaign timelines, budgets and stakeholder approvals.
  • Guide storyboarding, shot lists and production logistics for photo and video shoots.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and on-time project execution.
  • Support planning and execution of internal and external events including internal events and tours, trade shows and conferences.
  • Partner with teams and vendors to manage the Lycoming Engines Gear Store, including on-site and pop-up retail experiences.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience developing, executing and measuring strategic MARCOM plans—preferably within highly regulated industries such as aviation, aerospace, defense, finance or healthcare.
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Proven project management experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High professionalism and strong communication skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, adjust to changing priorities and solve problems independently.
  • Portfolio required (must be original work; AI-generated materials not accepted).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with third-party content management and MARCOM tools (e.g., Sprout, Hive, SharePoint, Bynder, Gather Content).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Travel

Up to 40% travel may be required.
