We are GDIT, a global IT and mission services provider delivering technology solutions to government, defense, and intelligence agencies. We are seeking a Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP) Trusted Third Party (TTP) Communications Specialist to support digital marketing campaigns and communications efforts.

About the role

As a Communications Specialist, you will create, execute, monitor, and report on digital marketing campaigns for the HFPP/TTP under the guidance of the Marketing and Communications Manager. This role involves developing public and internal-facing documents, managing email marketing campaigns, ensuring Section 508 compliance, and supporting various marketing and communications initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create public and internal-facing documents for CMS' Medicaid Integrity Institute (MII).
  • Assist in conducting campaigns using selected email marketing services.
  • Maintain distribution lists and develop/run metrics associated with campaigns.
  • Proofread and edit content, and create/manage surveys.
  • Support Quality Assurance efforts to ensure communications are Section 508 compliant.
  • Assist with audio/video requests and marketing research projects.
  • Protect the integrity of the MII brand identity, including voice and imagery across internal and external communications.
  • Support the TTP Marketing and Communications Manager in responding to ad-hoc requests from HFPP and TTP leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Technical writing experience (less than 2 years acceptable).
  • Knowledge of Section 508 compliance.
  • Expertise using email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues.
  • Proficiency with PC and Mac systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $54,400 - $73,600, depending on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
