About the role
The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will support the pharmaceutical segment of Phillips Medisize, a CDMO, by developing and executing marketing communication plans and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between the pharma segment marketing team and the broader IMC team and corporate marketing team
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans and strategies
- Plan and manage the development of marketing materials and assets for various channels
- Determine appropriate measurement plans and KPIs for campaigns and channels
- Utilize marketing technology platforms to help define customer segments and develop email campaigns
- Cultivate and write meaningful content that resonates with target customers, builds preference for the brand, and empowers the sales team
- Manage external vendor relationships when necessary
- Be a brand steward, ensuring adherence to corporate brand guidelines in all project executions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field with 5-7 years of product marketing and/or marketing communications experience
- Master’s degree in marketing, business or related field with 3-5 years of product marketing and/or marketing communications experience
- 3+ years of marketing experience within healthcare, med device, pharmaceutical, or CDMO
- Experience developing and managing marketing communication plans and strategies
- Experience working within the medical / pharmaceutical / pharma drug delivery and manufacturing industry
- Experience collaborating with a team that develops multichannel campaigns targeting and influencing customers
- Experience in trade show strategy and messaging development
- Experience creating B2B content for marketing technical services
- Experience collaborating with and managing vendor partners
- Proven experience in using marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo; as well as website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Master’s degree in marketing, business or related field

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in marketing technology platforms (Salesforce, Marketo)
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
