Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

Galloway Company is a recognized leader in the dairy processing industry, known for its commitment to creating and delivering products and services that delight both customers and their own customers. We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly influential Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our external marketing efforts and elevate our brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated external marketing and communications strategy aligned with business and talent goals
• Lead campaigns across digital, social, print, events, and trade channels
• Ensure a consistent brand voice while managing website, social, and email performance
• Develop and produce impactful sales and marketing collateral
• Partner closely with HR on employer branding and recruitment marketing
• Analyze KPIs to optimize results
• Manage vendors, agencies, and media relationships
• Support PR, community engagement, and crisis communications
• Lead and develop the Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Requirements

• 5-10 years marketing, communications, and public relations experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
• Master's degree preferred
• Proven track record of developing and implementing communications campaigns
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of graphic design and familiarity with Canva
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Competent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven ability to think analytically and strategically
• Current with industry developments and desire to stay ahead of the pack
• Excellent multitasker with the ability to function successfully as part of a team or individually

Schedule

The Marketing & Communications Manager will work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
