About the role
To support the teams working on our exciting projects, we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager - Americas Division.
Responsibilities
- Execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital, PR, social media, email, and events.
- Partner with consultants and business stakeholders to develop campaign messaging and thought leadership content.
- Cover media opportunities, PR activities, and campaign communications.
- Support social media and digital marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- Manage campaign timelines, reporting, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Digital, Design and Events teams.
- Ensure alignment with Simon-Kucher brand standards and marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, campaign management, or PR.
- Experience managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and KPI's.
- Experience within consulting, professional services, or corporate marketing environments preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Preferred Office location is Atlanta.
- This is a hybrid position and does require two days in office at one of our office locations.

- Total compensation for this role includes a base salary, performance bonus, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.
- The base salary range for this position is between $95,000 to $110,000 per year for US roles.
- Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
- Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions.
