Position Purpose
This position is responsible for planning, writing, implementing and evaluating marketing plans that support corporate strategic initiatives. It works collaboratively with department colleagues, service line administrators and clinical staff to ensure high quality marketing strategies are developed and executed.
Responsibilities
- Positively interact with departments and organization to develop and implement small to medium scale marketing plans.
- Adhere to system and department compliance policies, and any and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain the highest level of marketing strategy, customer service and satisfaction when working with internal and external colleagues.
- Develop and write content to serve department objectives that is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including offline, online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person.
- Work with team members to maintain the highest level of marketing strategy, customer service and satisfaction.
- Define, evaluate and develop success metrics for measuring marketing plans.
- Compile data, analytics and project milestones to report on success metrics.
- Possess independent judgement and the ability to prioritize and manage workflow and meet deadlines and budget targets, while handling a variety of details and follow through on projects with accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
- Required and/or Preferred Name Description: Education - Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or related field required. Proven experience in a related position may be exchanged for degree.
- Experience: Minimum three years’ experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications required; one year of healthcare experience preferred. Experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics.
- License(s): None.
- Certification(s): Google Analytics Certification preferred.
- Computer / Typing: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
