Partner Marketer
About the role
We are seeking a Partner Marketer to drive how we collaborate with cloud providers, consulting firms, and technology partners to expand Cognition's reach and accelerate adoption of Devin and Windsurf. You will play a key role in identifying which partners can best amplify our narrative, open doors to new customer segments, and increase credibility with enterprise engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Support partner prioritization by assessing alignment, reach, and potential impact on Cognition’s core narratives and GTM goals
- Develop joint messaging and solution stories that clearly articulate the value of partnering with Cognition for enterprise engineering organizations
- Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives including launches, webinars, solution briefs, digital campaigns, events, and workshops
- Work with cloud and consulting partners to build integrated motions that expand Cognition’s distribution and deepen engagement with technical buyers
- Manage partner presence at strategic industry events and ensure alignment between partner programming and Cognition’s overall GTM motion
- Create partner-facing enablement materials—messaging guides, training resources, product content, and marketing kits—to scale our reach through partner teams
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to ensure partner activities translate into pipeline, co-selling momentum, and measurable business outcomes
- Track and report performance of partner programs, using insights to guide future investment and partner selection
Requirements
- Experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, or product marketing for a technical or enterprise software company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when translating technical concepts into partner-ready narratives
- Proven ability to run integrated marketing programs and measure their impact
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with high expectations for quality
- An analytical mindset—you know how to evaluate program performance and adjust based on results
Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud partners (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise technology ecosystems
- Previously built partner programs at a high-growth startup
- Enjoy crafting narratives and packaging complex value propositions
- Comfortable engaging directly with partner executives and technical leaders
- Thriving in environments where you're simultaneously strategic and hands-on
- Ambitious, customer-obsessed, and excited to scale Cognition’s partner ecosystem
