What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute strategic partner-led event programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with 10-12 named strategic partners, serving as a primary point of contact for event-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for co-branded events, executive engagements, webinars, conferences, and customer-facing programs.
  • Create and maintain event plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorship activities tied to Memorandums of Understanding agreements (MOUs), marketing development funds (MDF), and similar partnership documentation.
  • Cook up with internal marketing, sales, operations, and partner teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics including attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, revenue contribution, and ROI.
  • Recommend improvements and optimization strategies based on event performance data.
  • Manage partner communications before, during, and after events to maximize engagement and outcomes.
  • Ensure partner programs align with brand standards, business goals, and partnership commitments.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, channel marketing, event marketing, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven experience managing partner-led or co-sponsored events and activities.
  • Experience supporting and maintaining partnership agreements, sponsorship contracts, or similar business documentation.
  • A strong understanding of event strategy, planning, execution, and post-event measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with external partners and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience tracking and reporting marketing or event ROI.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • B2B technology, SaaS, channel, or partner ecosystem experience (preferred).
  • Experience managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) or co-marketing budgets (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (preferred).
  • Experience working with strategic alliances, channel partners, or ecosystem partners (preferred).
