About The Role

Impact you will make
The Product Marketing Business Partner supports the execution of go-to-market initiatives across a defined set of solutions. This role works closely with growth marketing, product management, commercial operations, and sales to deliver high-quality messaging, sales and marketing assets, and campaign support. You’ll play a key role in bringing products to market while building foundational expertise in customer needs, positioning, and healthcare revenue cycle solutions. Success in this role requires strong project management, the ability to prioritize across competing initiatives, and a proactive mindset to keep workstreams moving forward.

What you will do

  • Messaging and positioning
    Help develop and refine messaging frameworks and value propositions
    Partner with Product Management to translate product capabilities into customer value
    Learn buyer personas, industry trends, and revenue cycle workflows to inform messaging and content
  • Sales and marketing assets
    Build sales tools and external-facing collateral (sales sheets, presentations, case studies, etc.) in collaboration with Product Management and the Creative team
    Support development and maintenance of competitive insights and battlecards
  • Go-to-market execution
    Support campaign launches by contributing content, messaging, and coordination with growth marketing
    Support sales training by contributing content, messaging, and coordination with sales enablement
    Execute launch activities for new products, features, and enhancements
  • Voice-of-customer and market insights
    Translate customer outcomes and proof points into compelling, credible content that strengthens positioning and differentiation
    Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform positioning

What you will bring

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and take direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with interest in understanding market trends and performance
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
