About this position

The Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist will help grow the Martin One Source brand through digital marketing, social media, online stores, community outreach, events, photography, video, and strategic marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including: Website, Email Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Online Apparel Stores, Promotional Campaigns
  • Plan campaigns from concept through execution
  • Monitor campaign performance
  • Optimize campaigns based on results
  • Track ROI
  • Identify new growth opportunities
  • Manage and grow Martin One Source's digital presence through engaging, professional content on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter)
  • Create Reels, short-form video, photography, product showcases, customer success stories, employee spotlights, behind-the-scenes production content, educational content, company announcements, community highlights
  • Help maintain and promote Martin One Source’s website, school spirit wear stores, corporate apparel stores, fundraising stores, racing merchandise stores, seasonal promotional stores
  • Website updates, landing pages, product launches, store promotions, SEO improvements, user experience enhancements, analytics reporting
  • Coordinate and promote participation in Chamber events, community festivals, school partnerships, career fairs, trade shows, customer appreciation events, charity events, sponsorships, ribbon cuttings, open houses
  • Partner with sales and business development teams by creating sales presentations, customer proposals, marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, product launch materials, customer success stories, digital presentations, support lead generation initiatives
  • Ensure consistency across all company branding by maintaining standards for logos, colors, typography, messaging, photography, printed materials, digital marketing, promotional products, vehicle graphics, apparel branding
  • Maintain and report on website traffic, lead generation, social media engagement, email campaign performance, online store sales, Google Ads performance, Meta advertising performance, event participation, marketing ROI
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining creativity and quality

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, communications, or branding
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp or Constant Contact, Microsoft 365, CRM software, SEO best practices, photography, videography, video editing, AI-powered marketing tools
