About the role
The Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming marketing practices through data-driven insights and innovative technologies. This position leverages advanced analytics and marketing automation tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build targeted audiences using SQL and pipeline them into data extensions via Marketing Cloud automation studio.
- Conduct analyses of CRM, email, engagement data to identify opportunities for optimization and trend analysis.
- Define and implement end-to-end marketing metrics and KPIs, sharing insights across marketing teams.
- Evaluate and integrate new marketing technologies based on departmental strategic goals.
- Streamline data reporting processes and use analytic models to inform key business decisions.
- Mentor junior analysts and facilitate the adoption of marketing analytics initiatives.
- Leverage tools like R, Tableau, Python, and SQL to drive efficient and insightful analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with marketing, data, and project management technologies such as Salesforce CRM, Adobe Analytics, JIRA, ADO, Snowflake, and social advertising platforms.
- Strong technical skills in SQL and Tableau.
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to analyze complex problems and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience with the Salesforce product suite including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Financial Services/Insurance industry experience.
