This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to turn marketing data into actionable insights that directly influence growth and customer acquisition. You will partner closely with channel owners across SEM, Paid Social, Display, and CTV to measure performance and identify optimization opportunities. The position combines hands-on analytics with ownership of dashboards, data models, and digital measurement infrastructure. You will investigate performance changes, uncover root causes, and translate complex findings into clear recommendations. You will also contribute to experimentation, attribution, incrementality, forecasting, and emerging marketing measurement approaches. Accountabilities Own ongoing performance monitoring and reporting across one or more paid media channels, including SEM, Paid Social, Display, and CTV.Conduct root cause analysis when campaign performance changes, investigating potential drivers, testing alternative explanations, and delivering clear conclusions and recommendations.Build, maintain, and improve performance dashboards in Sigma or comparable business intelligence platforms to provide reliable visibility into paid media performance.Write, update, debug, and maintain SQL queries and dbt models supporting reporting, measurement, and deeper marketing analysis.Manage digital marketing measurement operations, including configuring and quality-assuring pixels through Google Tag Manager and managing conversion uploads through Hightouch.Troubleshoot tracking, conversion, and measurement issues to maintain accurate and dependable marketing data.Support the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and geo-experiments across creative, audience, and media strategies.Contribute to attribution, incrementality, and forecasting initiatives, including measurement frameworks for emerging channels such as CTV.Monitor existing measurement methodologies and identify situations where attribution or analytical models may need to be reassessed or improved.Work independently to take projects from initial question or requirement through analysis, execution, and actionable recommendations.Use AI tools effectively in day-to-day analytical, coding, and workflow development activities to improve efficiency and scale impact. Requirements 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, or a similar data-focused role within a direct-to-consumer performance marketing environment.Experience working with multi-million-dollar monthly marketing budgets is strongly preferred, ideally within financial services or another data-intensive industry.Strong SQL expertise, with the ability to independently write, debug, and optimize queries.Hands-on experience with dbt and GitHub is required.Experience developing and maintaining dashboards using Sigma, Tableau, or a comparable BI/analytics platform.Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics, including CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CAC, and how they inform campaign optimization.Familiarity with marketing technology and measurement systems, including pixel configuration, conversion tracking, and troubleshooting.Experience with Google Tag Manager and/or Hightouch is highly valuable.Understanding of attribution methodologies, with exposure to incrementality testing or Media Mix Modeling considered a plus.Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate complex performance changes and communicate the underlying drivers clearly.Highly self-directed and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of projects and move them forward with limited guidance.Comfortable working collaboratively with channel owners and other cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining a high level of individual accountability.Comfortable incorporating AI tools into everyday workflows for coding, analysis, automation, and repeatable processes.
