Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional GTM leadership, translating data insights into growth roadmaps
  • Design a dual-track framework that forecasts top-of-funnel growth while ensuring lead quality
  • Develop machine learning models to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation
  • Oversee Google BigQuery data structure, ensuring a unified and scalable data source
  • Conduct causal inference and predictive analysis on data anomalies; investigate performance trends
  • Transform technical outputs into impactful narratives for the executive team
  • Utilize AI agents to proactively monitor data quality and improve revenue impact

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, or Data Science, with 2 years in a lead architect capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance the productivity of teams through strategic tooling and frameworks
  • Mastery of SQL and Python for data architecture and engineering
  • Experience building agentic AI systems and understanding their limitations
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like N8N and API integrations
  • Advanced skills in visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Strong strategic thinking to create frameworks in ambiguous environments
