Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional GTM leadership, translating data insights into growth roadmaps
- Design a dual-track framework that forecasts top-of-funnel growth while ensuring lead quality
- Develop machine learning models to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation
- Oversee Google BigQuery data structure, ensuring a unified and scalable data source
- Conduct causal inference and predictive analysis on data anomalies; investigate performance trends
- Transform technical outputs into impactful narratives for the executive team
- Utilize AI agents to proactively monitor data quality and improve revenue impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, or Data Science, with 2 years in a lead architect capacity
- Demonstrated ability to enhance the productivity of teams through strategic tooling and frameworks
- Mastery of SQL and Python for data architecture and engineering
- Experience building agentic AI systems and understanding their limitations
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like N8N and API integrations
- Advanced skills in visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Strong strategic thinking to create frameworks in ambiguous environments
