Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to GTM Leadership, aligning data with demand generation strategies
- Architect a dual-track target-setting framework optimizing lead quality and volume
- Develop machine learning models to predict campaign ROI and impact
- Oversee marketing data architecture within Google BigQuery
- Perform causal inference and predictive analysis on marketing trends and anomalies

Qualifications
- 8+ years in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, or Data Science, with 2 years in a lead architect role
- Proven history of developing systems that enhance analytical capabilities across an organization
- Mastery of SQL and Python
- Experience architecting data environments in Google BigQuery or Snowflake
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI systems
- Proficiency in automation tools like N8N and custom API orchestration
- Advanced visualization skills using tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Strategic capability to create frameworks from ambiguous environments
