Job Summary

As the Regional Field Marketing Manager for North America, you will drive strategic and executional marketing initiatives across these regions, ensuring alignment with sales, partners, SAP Line of Business (LoB) marketing teams, and relevant stakeholders. Your primary focus will be demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and supporting revenue goals through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies. In this role, you will act as a critical link between regional stakeholders and the broader SAP marketing ecosystem.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support in developing and executing a comprehensive field marketing plan tailored to the region, aligned with sales objectives and market dynamics.
  • Ensure tight collaboration with SAP LoB marketing teams to leverage global campaigns and align on messaging, content, and strategy for the region.
  • Advocate for scalable marketing approach while addressing business marketing needs.
  • Campaign Execution Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Partner with sales and partner teams to co-create initiatives that address key regional business objectives.
  • Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, physical and virtual events, account-based marketing (ABM), and customer advocacy programs, to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with regional priorities and contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with priority partners to design and execute joint marketing campaigns and enablement programs that amplify the impact of SAP's go-to-market efforts.
  • Maintain strong alignment with SAP LoB marketing colleagues to adapt global initiatives for local relevance and optimize marketing resources.
  • Equip regional sales teams with the marketing tools, assets, and support they need to achieve success.
  • Foster proactive communication to ensure alignment on priorities and resolve any conflicts that may arise between stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Use data and analytics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including pipeline contribution, marketing-attributed revenue, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
  • Regularly review campaign outcomes and adjust strategies to maximize impact.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in field marketing roles within the tech / SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, partners, and cross-functional teams, including LoB marketing colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation strategies, account-based marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience in managing campaigns across diverse regions with varying market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on fostering alignment across teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in using analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
