Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, evolving from a service provider to a trusted strategic advisor.
- Elevate clients' market position and enhance their brand image through insightful strategic planning.
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end program management of diverse marketing initiatives, spanning traditional, digital campaigns, projects, and events.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal creative and digital experts, as well as external vendors, to ensure the delivery of exceptional marketing assets and strategies.
- Present compelling marketing strategies, performance reports, and data-driven insights to senior client stakeholders, including Directors and C-level executives.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, consistently striving for outstanding ROI and driving tangible business growth for clients.
Qualifications
- College internship or professional experience in marketing program management or marketing account management (agency experience preferred).
- College internship or professional experience managing complex, multi-layered marketing projects, campaigns, or events simultaneously.
- Proven ability to lead projects, guide creative teams, and manage client expectations under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of both traditional marketing channels and modern digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a track record of effectively influencing C-level executives.
